1. Order Processing Time

All GlamStore pieces are thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch.

  • In-stock items: Processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.

  • Handcrafted/Made-to-order: Please allow 7–12 business days for crafting.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or Public Holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable shipping across India via premium courier partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Shiprocket.

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders above ₹1,999.

  • Below ₹1,999: A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies.

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days for Metro cities; 5–7 business days for the rest of India.

3. Secure Packaging & Delivery

Your jewellery is precious. We ensure it reaches you safely:

  • Tamper-Evident Packaging: Every order is packed in a security-sealed box. Do not accept the delivery if the outer seal is broken or the tape is tampered with.

  • Unboxing Video (Mandatory): To protect against transit damage or missing items, we require a continuous unboxing video (no cuts/edits) showing the sealed package being opened. Claims without a video cannot be processed.

4. Tracking Your Sparkle

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a Tracking ID via email and WhatsApp. You can track your package in real-time through our logistics partner’s portal.

5. Address Changes
